My theme for this presentation / demo was on how Ai can be used to improve customer experience significantly by enabling new engagement channels as well as providing new insights for businesses which traditional CRM approaches could not provide Touched Areas - AI CHAT BOTS - Vision Recognition (Face Detection, Crowd Insights, Emotions) - Voice Recognition (Speech to text conversion) - Social Media Analytics (Local Data Sources & Native Language Supportive Analytics : sinhala , singlish , tamil)
